GI Innovation and GI Longevity have completed the submission of clinical data to advance to the finals of 'XPRIZE Healthspan,' the world's largest olympics for healthy life extension technologies with a total prize pool of approximately 150 billion KRW.

The two companies previously secured $250,000 in funding after their combination therapy—pairing the immune enhancer 'GI-102' with the probiotic formulation 'GIB-7'—was recognized for its innovation, landing them a spot in the semifinals (Top 40) last year. Since then, they have conducted clinical trials in South Korea and Australia, confirming the potential to extend healthy lifespan across key biomarkers directly linked to aging, including immune function, muscle strength, and cognitive function.

Out of the 40 semifinalists, only 10 teams will advance to the finals to receive a $1 million prize, and both companies continue to challenge the global anti-aging market to realize their ultimate goal of extending human healthspan.
